Who doesn’t like watching free movies and TV shows? Of course, everybody loves it. We search for our favourite shows and movies everywhere on the web not being sure about the quality of the video we will receive. The second hassle being compatibility with our mobile web browser, since there is no flash support any more. A simple solution to all these problems is an app called Moviebox , also known as Showbox on Android.
If you’re an Android user, it’s as easy as side-loading any other apk to your device.First of all, you need to download the showbox.apk file from here . Keep in my mind that installing apk’s from unknown sources should be enabled. This can be done by heading to settings> security > Unknown sources.
Its going to be a little tricky for iOS users because of the OS’s closed nature, but it’s no biggy. If you’re using a jailbroken device, it’s as easy as going into cydia and installing a tweak. The only requirement is to add the source cydia.dtathemes.com/repo/ to your repos. If you’re not jailbroken, all you need to do is to head to this page from safari and press the green button for downloading moviebox to your iOS device. The only catch is that you’ll have to change your date to September 16 before installing the app, which can be changed back to normal after done installing. To change the time head over to the settings app> General> Date & Time.
For using moviebox on PC, you’ll need to download an Android OS emulator called Bluestack. Instructions to set-up showbox on PC can found in this video .
